Product Description:
A superior quality water-based primer-sealer specially formulated with modified acrylic copolymer to prevent deterioration of the topcoat emulsion paints by the alkalinity of the surfaces.

Features:
It penetrates well into the substrate and ensures excellent adhesion between substrate and topcoat. Its alkali-resistant properties resist discoloration and improve the performance and appearance of the topcoat.

Recommended use & Substrate:
Ideal priming for exterior substrates like concrete, cement plaster, gypsum board partition, etc., and suitable for both repainting and for new buildings.
